01. WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY BUSINESS
Mr. Leo, even at a young age, worked in hotels in Cattolica, starting as an assistant to the owner, accompanying her on daily shopping trips. Later, he became a waiter’s assistant, eventually advancing to the role of “chef de rang.”
In the following years, he left the hospitality industry, though a distant hope of starting a small guesthouse always remained in his heart. In 1969, the opportunity arose to manage a small, family-run hotel in Misano with just a few newly built rooms. He embraced new developments while staying true to his roots: the hotel was one of the few at the time to have en-suite bathrooms and an elevator.
The warm and cheerful hospitality typical of the Romagna region, combined with his wife Pia’s delicious and plentiful homemade cuisine, became the cornerstones that strengthened this thriving tourism venture.
02. For Generations, We Have Taken Care of Your Holidays
The Bronzetti family’s lifelong dream came true in 2003 when, after years of sacrifice and with the help of their now-grown children, Mara and Filippo, they inaugurated the Hotel Albatros, their very own property.
Many seasons have passed, strengthening this small family business while exponentially increasing the number of loyal guests.
The Bronzetti family’s greatest satisfaction comes from welcoming entire generations: children who once stayed with their parents or grandparents now return with their own families.
Meeting up every summer feels like coming back home!
